Publish & share
Publish your asset to share it externally or deliver it internally — with optional engagement tracking and download access.
Publish for the first time
To share your asset, it must first be published. Click the Publish button in the top right corner. A pop-up will appear where you can adjust the default title, which also updates the share URL. Once confirmed, your asset will be publicly accessible via that link.
Publish updates
After publishing, edits made to your asset will not automatically update shared versions. To reflect changes, click Publish changes. This updates the existing shared link with the latest version.
Sharing options
When creating a new share link, you can now choose between two settings:
• Track engagement — Enables analytics such as views, time spent, and interactions (if consent is granted).
• Don’t track engagement — Opens the asset directly without tracking any user interaction.
These settings allow you to choose how much insight you want from each shared asset.
Consent pop-up (if enabled)
Your organization may require user consent before tracking engagement. If this org-wide setting is enabled and you choose to track engagement, viewers will see a brief consent pop-up before accessing the asset.
If consent is not required, users will be taken directly to the shared asset.
Enable or disable downloads
When publishing an asset, you can also control whether viewers can download the file. If download access is enabled, recipients can choose from available formats (e.g. PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP) depending on the asset type.
