First-time publishing

To share an asset, you must publish it first:

1. Click the Publish button in the top-right corner.
2. A popup will appear where you can modify the default title—this will update the share link accordingly.
3. Click Publish and Copy Link to generate a publicly accessible URL.

Publish updates

Once published, further modifications won’t automatically update the shared version. To apply changes:

1. Review your edits.
2. Click Publish Changes and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Updates will now be reflected in all externally shared links.

Enable or disable downloads

• When sharing an asset, you can enable or disable downloads. • If enabled, users with viewing access can download the asset directly. • If disabled, the asset remains view-only.

This ensures you have full control over how your assets are distributed and accessed.
