Asset Management centralizes everything your teams use to build on-brand assets: templates, fonts, and media and stylings. Those assets sit in libraries that keep them organized. While AI enriches images and videos with searchable descriptions and tags, smart search surfaces the right items fast and with a quick way to action.

Libraries

Libraries are separated in:
  • Templates — synced from Figma
  • Fonts — custom font files used by templates
  • Images — PNG, JPG, and SVG assets
  • Videos — uploaded video files
  • Embeds — HTML iframe sources (e.g., Figma, Airtable, Spline)
  • Charts — styling for data-driven chart object
The image and video libraries let you browse, preview, and manage files.

Smart media

When you upload image or video files, deckd autmatically generates:
  • Descriptions — a short summary of the content.
  • Labels — keywords for faster discovery.
You can edit or replace AI metadata at any time. Your edits become the source of truth for search and make it easier to find the right media in the editor. Search spans across assets and media. Depending on the interface, search offers different results:
  • Spaces — deck search by title and slide copy.
  • Libraries — media search by title, labels and description.
  • In-editor — slide search by slide copy
  • Media panel — media search by title, labels and descriptions (in the editor)
From any result, the action bar provides dynamic quick actions to manage, open or view where a media has been used.
